The following information assists with ensuring a safe, welcoming and fun environment can be maintained. The Centre will take appropriate action where these codes are breached. For the safety and convenience of all, dogs are not permitted at Willinda Park on competition days.
Boys and girls who have reached the age of five 5 and are or will be under the age of sixteen 16 as at the 1st of October are eligible for registration. The Centre may hold a number of fundraising activities during the season to help cover the costs of running the Centre.
The Clubs may also hold fundraising activities on a scheduled basis. We hope that everybody will be able to support these ventures, as part of the fun of Little Athletics. Little Athletics has policies covering healthy eating, smoke free, sun protection and alcohol management. These policies can be found on this site and the LAVic website. All parents and guardians are expected to assist with the running of weekly programs. Region and State officials will be drawn from the pool of parents with children who have been selected to compete at the relevant Championship.
All athletes, officials and helpers are covered by insurance whilst participating in all authorised Little Athletics activities. Further information available through the Centre Secretary. Should be handed into or be claimed from your Club Team Manager. A box is also in the Equipment Room for property collected from the Centre grounds. Club Team Managers meet at 8: Centre meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at Willinda Park commencing at 8pm.

First aid kits are available on training nights and are located in the equipment bunker. At Cross-Country, the first aid kit is co-located with the recorders.
Parents are expected to be in attendance at all times. Neither Centre nor Club committee members can be expected to supervise or mind your child awaiting your return.
Monica Brennan wins gold U18 m Catherine Brennan part of Vic U20 Gold medal 4xm relay. Dean Neofitou scores double gold in the middle distance. Plus a swag of other medals over the week-end. M14, M16 and F20 all come second. Norman finished in 24th position in the 12km course in The Run was huge with the Valley gang working very hard cutting the timing chips AND carrying dehydrated runners to first aid.
These eight athletes have come home with thirteen medals 4 Gold, six Silver and three Bronze! Jessica Campbell was 29th overall and 2nd in the open in 23'22''.
